Thank you for shopping with Nutriefoods. We strive to provide you with the highest quality food items and exceptional customer service. Please read the following policy carefully regarding returns and refunds for your purchases.
A. Return Policy:
We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.
B. Refund Policy:
We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, Nutriefoods Products can experience some breakage during shipping. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please follow below steps to take necessary action.
a. Incase of Incorrect, Damaged Product/Packaging is Received,
You may be eligible for the replacement if the following conditions are met,
- Shipping Label Picture
- Unpack Video of the Shipping Box
- Damaged Products Video from all four Sides
- Damaged Product MRP, Batch Number Photo
b. Incase of Wrong Product, Wrong Quantity Received,
You may be eligible for the refund of missing quantity and/or we may dispatch the product to you for free of cost. To claim this, you must follow the below steps,
- Order Information Such as, Order Number, Email Id and Phone Number.
- Shipping Label Picture
- Unpack Video of the Shipping Box
- Damaged Products Video from all four Sides
- Damaged Product MRP, Batch Number Photo
c. Incase of Quality Concern,
We take the quality of our products seriously. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any item you have purchased, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns. While we cannot accept returns for unpacked items, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
d. Order Cancellation,
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified But, you may cancel the order if, the order is unshipped.
e. Refund Processing Time,
Refund will be initiated after approval in 1-2 Days and should reflect in your account within 6-7 days.
Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.
C. Exceptions:
a. Perishable Items: Due to their perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for perishable food items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
b. Personalized or Customized Items: Items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
D. Others:
The products that are not purchased directly from www.nutriefoods.in , please contact the store where original purchase was made. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.
E. Initiating Refund or Return:
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team via email at care@nutriegroup.com or by phone at +91 930757 1113.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
